And today I decided to make gluten-free bread from coconut flour. This is my first recipe with coconut flour. It turned out, in my opinion, well. Coconut bread has a soft, airy texture. It can be eaten with butter, jam, or washed down with a drink.
Ingredients for coconut bread
The main ingredient in our homemade bread is coconut flour. Any flour can be used instead. But then the bread will turn out with a completely different texture and taste.
The liquid ingredients of bread are eggs and coconut milk.
It’s easier with coconut milk. It can be substituted with oat, almond, cashew, or regular milk. If there is no milk, take water.
Vegetable oil will give the texture of coconut bread a soft texture. I will use refined olive in the recipe.
you will also need a little salt and baking powder.

How to make coconut bread
Turn on the oven at 170 ° C / 340 ° F. Cover the parchment in a baking dish. I have a glass form measuring 25 cm by 10 cm and a height of 7 cm.
Then in a container, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk and vegetable oil until smooth. When using coconut oil, melt it first.
After that, add coconut flour, salt and baking powder to the resulting mass. And mix everything well. Then pour the finished dough into a mold. We level the upper part with a silicone spatula dipped in water.
And we put the form in the oven for 50 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or a match.
After baking, take out the bread from the mold, remove the parchment.
And put the bread on the wire rack for even cooling.
After cooling down, enjoy delicious homemade bread.
