There are, of course, other sweeteners. Why talk about Jerusalem artichoke syrup? Why is it so useful and what are its advantages? Are there any contraindications? This is what we’ll talk about today.

Jerusalem artichoke syrup is a natural product, sugar substitute. It tastes a bit like the familiar flower honey, but it contains significantly fewer calories.

Why is Jerusalem artichoke syrup useful?

And now a little more about the benefits and benefits of this natural sweetener. Jerusalem artichoke syrup compares favorably with honey in that it withstands heat loads and can be safely used for hot meals and drinks.

The syrup is made from the root vegetables of Jerusalem artichoke (earthen pear).

It stores very useful and essential nutrients for our body:

When replacing sugar with Jerusalem artichoke syrup, we take into account the sweetness coefficient, which is 0.7. The sweetness of the sweetener is 70% of the sweetness of refined sugar (Jerusalem artichoke syrup is less sweet than sugar). This point must be taken into account in recipes.

For an adult, the average daily intake of Jerusalem artichoke syrup is 30 – 40 g. But everything is individual.

    1. Hi. I bought the syrup in Ukraine. Now this is impossible to do. It’s not on Amazon.
