  • 1/2 cup (50g) almond flour

  • 150g (5.3 oz) peeled bananas

  • 5 tablespoons (50g) refined sunflower oil, or any vegetable

  • 1 teaspoon (5g) baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Instructions

  • Mix almond flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Using a blender or just a fork, chop the bananas. Add banana puree and vegetable oil to dry ingredients. Mix everything well. All ingredients should come together in a lump.
