No Bake Cake Ingredients
There are only two main ingredients in the Banana Chocolate Cake recipe. It’s dark chocolate without sugar and bananas. Chocolate must contain at least 70% cacao products. I used homemade chocolate.

The Banana Chocolate Cake recipe also has chocolate and coconut milk icing. This is not a required component. I used frosting to level the surface of the cake. But it turned out to be thicker than expected. And the cake didn’t work.
Moreover, I did all this in the form itself. This chocolate icing is best used on a cake without a mold. And in my case, a ganache made from chocolate and refined coconut oil would be useful. It is more liquid and will fill in all the bumps well.
In addition to the ingredients, we need a round form with a diameter of 16 cm and parchment. The form must be collapsible or in the form of a ring. I lay the parchment on the sides of the form.

How to make Banana Chocolate Cake
The process of making Banana Chocolate Cake is very simple. First, cut the dark chocolate without sugar into small pieces. Separate portion for the base and separately for the glaze. The smaller the pieces, the faster the chocolate will melt.
Then grind the peeled bananas in a blender until puree. Set the banana puree aside and melt the chocolate. This procedure can be done in the microwave or on a steam bath. Avoid heating chocolate above 50°C/122°F. Then add the banana puree to the melted chocolate and mix everything well with a silicone spatula. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and refrigerate for 1 hour to solidify. While our cake hardens in the refrigerator, you can relax a bit. Or do other things.
After the allotted time, we begin to make the glaze. To do this, first heat the coconut milk almost to a boil. Then take the bowl off the heat and add the dark chocolate chunks. Stir the mass with a silicone spatula until the chocolate is completely melted. Spread the finished icing over the surface of the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.

- In a blender, grind the peeled bananas until smooth.
- Melt dark chocolate in the microwave or steam bath.
